Fee OptionsPublishlawyer.com (the Law Office of Daniel N. Steven) may be retained to provide legal or business services via phone consultation, e-mail, facsimile of documents, U.S. mail or in person The method of delivery will depend upon the problem and will be determined jointly between Publishlawyer and yourself. One of the following fee options will apply:1. Flat Fee. Publishlawyer may be retained on a flat-fee basis for specific services such as drafting or reviewing a contract. See Flat Fee Services.2. Hourly Rate. Publishlawyer may accept you as a client on an hourly basis rather than a flat fee. The hourly rate is $250.3. Monthly Retainer. Publishlawyer may accept you or your firm as a monthly retainer account. In exchange for a flat monthly fee, you are entitled to unlimited phone consultations and a reduced hourly rate. This program is designed for small business and start up situations which may have an ongoing need for services.4. Business Services. Publishlawyer offers expert publishing business consultation, including market advice, site evaluation, business plans, competitive intelligence, and drafting documents. Business services vary depending upon the services you want and need, who will provide them and the scope of the project, and may include non-legal professionals working with Publishlawyer to meet your needs. Business consulting is done on an hourly, daily or monthly basis. However, if the project is complex, such as writing a business plan or a business opportunity analysis, then the monthly retainer may be more reasonable. |
