 Flat-Fee Services are a simple, secure
way to quickly obtain quality legal advice for standard publishing issues and situations such as
contract and document drafting and advice - at a predetermined, flat fee. Delivery time
for Flat-Fee Services is 1-3 days. (Telephone contact and face-to-face meetings are
available when necessary).
To use a Flat-Fee Legal Service:
Choose a service from the menu below, read about the Service, then
click on the "Start" button. This will take you to a pre-formatted email
message.
Complete the email and send. Enter the information requested in
the e-mail message. Promptly after receipt, you will be contacted by publishlawyer.
You will work with Publishlawyer online through e-mail, or off-line by telephone. If
document drafting is involved, the drafts will be sent to you for your initial review. Any
additional or changes you want will then be made and the final documents, complete with
execution instructions, will be e-mailed to you. Payment will be made through
Paypal.
